Founder, Board Chair
Tim Andersen is a passionate ambassador for the game of golf and is the founder of Learning Links organization. Tim is the retired CEO of Bailiwick, an IT firm that specializes in the design and implementation of unique technical solutions. In addition to his work with Learning Links, Tim is also actively involved in promoting and supporting junior golf.
Eric A. Gidlow
Eric A. Gidlow is a Tax Partner in the Minneapolis office of RSM. Prior to joining RSM, Eric spent four years in both general service and tax functions with a firm in Caspar, Wyoming and one year in private industry. Eric joined the Learning Links board in the spring of 2019 and is an avid golfer and regular volunteer at PGA events. Eric and his family reside in Lakeville, MN.
Jim Lahl is an avid golfer and community leader. A Chaska native, Jim serves as Senior Vice President of Business Banking at KleinBank, headquartered in Chaska, MN. Prior to joining the world of finance, Jim served as tournament director for the Minnesota Golf Association.
Board Member, Secretary
Luke Melchert has served as Chaska’s City Attorney for over 40 years and is an attorney at the firm of Melchert, Hubert, Sjodin where he practices real estate and probate law. In his spare time, Luke enjoys golfing and travel. He has been a member of the Learning Links Board since 2014.
Board Member, VICE CHAIR
Susan Neuville is a former finance executive holding leadership roles at Arthur Andersen and Deutsche Bank, working with Technology, Healthcare, and Oil & Gas industries. Susan has a BA from The University of Georgia and an MBA from The Chicago Booth School of Business. She and her husband John moved to Minnesota with their 5 children, after 10 years in England. Susan enjoys walking a golf course with her family, pondering the architect’s challenge at each tee, and occasionally admiring a satisfying shot.
Board Member, Treasurer
Dave Pokorney has deep roots in the Chaska community where he served as City Administrator for almost 25 years. Dave now consults on real estate development projects through his organization, Community Asset Development Group. He has been a member of the Learning Links Board since 2014.
